Dr. med. vet. Katja Shell

Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine – Large Animal

Diplomate of the European College of Equine Internal Medicine

SPECIALIST IN EQUINE INTERNAL MEDICINE

Even as a child, I enjoyed horse riding and loved being around horses. As I got older, my passion for internal medicine and medical mysteries came along and the case developed. During my experiences abroad, I explored the world and was fascinated by what is possible in veterinary medicine. My mentors from the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine taught me “as far as you want to go” and took me into the family of those who remained curious.
